You guys know how addicted I am to a pretty picture.
Aside from blogging and connecting with all of you, there are few things I enjoy more than sleeping eating cupcakes the smell of bacon watching The Dudes have fun snapping photos of the people I love and the clients who hire me.
I honestly don’t do it for the money (because I have to say, I’m pretty dang affordable when it comes to custom, on-location photography in Maryland). I mean being a professional lifestyle photographer is certainly not paying my bills (that’s what Sugar Daddy Dumb Dad’s for).
So, it’s really just for the sheer joy of it.
That’s why I pick up my camera pretty much every single day of my life; for the moments of joy that I can capture and hold on to for the days when it seems out of reach.
Or to capture shots that I fully intend to lord over The Dudes one day…
And, I know that’s why many of you do it too.
To capture the special moments…
The developing bonds…
The first discoveries…
And the smiles…
The miles and miles of smiles….
Which is why I was so happy when Invisalign Teen joined forces with me to bring you the Bright Smiles, Bright Holidays Photo Contest this season.
Because they made it possible for me to share so much with you.
I know you don’t do it for the money either, but I also know that it sure as heck helps!
Especially during the holidays when a little extra can mean that Santa’s sleigh is fuller.
